Just like my in-home sessions, everything is led by your baby.

There is no rushing, no pressure, and no expectation for your baby to be anything other than themselves. We move at their pace, taking breaks for feeding, cuddles, and comfort whenever needed.

Outdoor newborn sessions are possible throughout the year, and each season brings its own kind of beauty.

We simply choose a day that is dry, calm, and not too windy, ensuring your baby is comfortable at all times. Newborns are always kept warm and safe, and I gently guide you in choosing clothing and layers that suit the weather and feel natural in the setting.

Keeping your baby warm, safe, and comfortable

Your baby’s comfort is always the priority.

We carefully choose sheltered outdoor spots with soft natural light and minimal disruption. Your baby will always be wrapped, layered, or gently held depending on the temperature, and we take things slowly so they always feel secure.

Most of the session is spent in your arms, where they feel safest, allowing me to document those early days exactly as they are: close, connected, and full of love.

If the weather is showing wind or rain for the date we have booked, we simply reschedule.

Natural, emotional storytelling

Outdoor newborn photography has a very organic feel, the focus naturally shifts to connection the way you hold your baby, the way you look at them, the tiny movements and expressions that pass in seconds but stay in your memory forever.

Most of the time is spent simply being together. Holding your baby. Walking slowly. Sitting quietly. Letting moments unfold naturally without interruption.

You don’t need to bring anything elaborate, just yourselves, your baby, and a few simple layers for warmth and comfort. Any keepsakes that you would love to be included are very welcome, and so are family pets that you would love to have with you.
